HOW WE WORK
We close the process in 5 steps. First contact to first delivery usually takes 7–14 days — depending on order complexity and whether equipment is needed.

CUPPING & MATCHING
We send 3–4 samples matched to your business. You pick your favourite.

OFFER + CONTRACT
We prepare an offer with pricing, delivery schedule and equipment options. You sign.

SETUP & FIRST DELIVERY
We deliver equipment (if needed), calibrate, train your team and deliver the first beans.

ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
Regular deliveries, service, account manager on call. And time for the next coffees.
