SIMPLYGOOD COFFEE.

We are a team that built our whole life around coffee. It didn't happen by accident — we chose this direction deliberately and have been sticking to it for over a decade.

Etno Cafe is a craft coffee roastery from Wrocław with our own Cold Brew brewery. Everything we do comes from one principle: the coffee we release from the roastery should simply be good. No pretence, no overcomplication, no rushing.

We care for it from bean to bag. We choose farms we know by name. We roast slowly, in three ovens we've named. Some coffees we brew cold in our brewery and bottle as Cold Brew.

And then we start over — from the next batch of green beans. Because coffee never ends.

It wasn't a straight road, and we didn't plan it that way. It started with a few people who were tired of bad coffee. Over a decade later we run our own roastery and Poland's first coffee brewery — but it's still about the same thing:

coffee that's simply good.

We start with one roaster and an obsession with flavour. The first batches go to friends and local spots that want to serve good coffee.

More and more companies and venues start ordering coffee straight from our roastery. We build relationships that last to this day.

OPENING OF THE COFFEE BREWERY

Cold Brew Coffee without a single drop of hot water. We develop the concept with Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences — and create Poland's first bottled Cold Brew.
